- A water bottle
- Tennis Shoes
- Exercise Clothes (ex: tank top/t-shirt/shorts/ etc)
- Goal Sheets
- An extra towel (beach towel/dry towel) and
- A positive mindset!

Equipment Needed For Swim Practice:
- Swim Suit (though having the team suit is mandatory, other practice suits are allowed. Other team suits are not allowed to be worn about
- A pair of goggles (at least 2 are recommended)
- A Firebirds swim cap
- Kickboard (it should have NO holes in it)
- Fins (longer fins recommended)
- Paddles
- Pullbouy
- Snorkle
- Drying Towel (2 recommended)
- A positive mindset!

- Hatchling 1: 7:30am - 8:30am

- Fledgling: 6:30am - 8:30am
- Senior: 6:00am - 8:00am
Sunday: June 29th - Optimist Aquatic Center
- Seniors / Fledglings
- Dryland: 2:30pm - 3:00pm
-Swim: 3:00pm - 4:30pm
*Please note that time and location changes only apply to the dates/date ranges that are listed above. If the location is not listed above, always assume that practice is at Pullen Aquatic Center.
